Do you have group rates?
YES! Ask us how you can save by registering as a group of 6 or more cottages.
How do I pay for the Cottage Watch service?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Email money transfers, Cash, PayPal or Personal Cheques. (NSF cheques will be subject to a $25 service fee)
Why do I need HawkEye Cottage Watch Services?
Maintaining insurance coverage is crucial. Most insurance companies require that recreational homes be inspected when left unattended. In addition, your mind will be at ease knowing that a professional is inspecting your property on a regular basis and providing you with comprehensive reporting.
Can I make HawkEye the contact for my alarm Company?
Yes you can! Simply provide our contact information to your security system provider and we will be available 24/7/365 to receive and respond to any alarm calls.
Do I have to sign up for a minimum length of time?
There are no minimums regarding duration or frequency of service. You assess your own individual needs. We are here to make the process easy and comfortable for you.
Will my keys and privacy be respected?
Yes. Your keys will be kept under lock and key and your privacy is our top concern.

A major storm went thru the area. Can HawkEye go check on my property?
Yes. HawkEye can go and make a post storm check on your property. This can be done on request from you OR you can add it to one of our packages so we automatically check after any major storm.
