After every inspection, HawkEye Cottage Watch will send you a detailed report showing the status of your property, including any concerns or recommended maintenance.

If we encounter any problems with your property, HawkEye Cottage Watch will:
  • Contact you on site by phone with full details
  • Photograph the issue for you and your insurance records.
  • Contact O.P.P if required
  • Act as your liaison with O.P.P / Insurance Company and any other required agency
HawkEye Storm Watch Service is available exclusively to HawkEye Cottage Watch clients. Ask us about this peace of mind service. You can purchase this service as a one time... or, add it to one of our packages. If you purchase this as an add-on to a package, we will automatically check on your property after any major storm in the area.


Eave Cleaning
We will clean out the eaves from the roof (providing your roof is walkable) and clean everything out by hand, place it in a bag and remove the waste. We will wash out the gutters (weather permitting) if necessary and check all down spouts to ensure they are clean and water is flowing. We pride ourselves on the high attention to detail.


Snow Removal
Whether you need the snow removed from your driveway as part of your insurance policy or just because you want to access your property in the winter... we can take care of it for you.


Making a winter visit to your cottage?
